Written as what you get, not what we hope. Every line is already how the company is set up.
- Community. We live here and drink this water. You get: our name on every install and a real person at (904) 875-8206. We won’t: hand you to a call center.
- Local. Nassau County and Jacksonville, by ZIP code. You get: your utility's published number read with you on the call. We won’t: pretend to know your water without the data — and if you'd rather have it tested at the house before we install, we'll come do it.
- Education. You get: a plain explanation of what's in your system, what each part does, and what it's doing for your water. We won’t: oversell you things you don't need.
- Affordability. You get: one transparent price, in writing before anything is scheduled. We won’t: start high and come down as you push back.
- Reliability. You get: a licensed plumber or an insured professional installer trained on our systems, working to a written standard, a 12-month workmanship warranty, and the manufacturer's equipment warranty passed through. The limit, stated plainly: filters, membranes and media are wear items on a schedule — they aren't warranty parts.

Why we started
Better water shouldn’t be complicated — or overpriced.
We started this company after our own experience with hard water in a new home: spots on the glass, shower heads that clogged and lost pressure, skin that felt dry after every shower, and buying water instead of drinking from the tap. The first quote to fix it was “$10,000+” for a standard system. When we learned what the equipment actually costs — and how much of that quote was paying for the sales process rather than the system — we knew there was a better way to do this.
Hard water is the kind of problem nobody thinks about until they’re replacing an appliance, scrubbing scale off a shower door, or wondering why their skin feels the way it does. We never want a customer to feel like fixing it is out of reach.
Selling this way costs less than the old in-home model — and that savings is built into our pricing.
Every home is different. A short-term rental that needs capacity. A two-person household that wants the best water possible. A full house with kids and in-laws. We start by understanding yours — then we solve it.

- A short conversation, not a sales appointment. By phone or video, we diagnose the problem and find the system that fits your home — without overselling you on things you don't need.
- A written price before anything else. If it looks good, we get you scheduled. That's it.
- In-home visits on request. If you'd rather we come out first, we're happy to.
- Wells and unusual water get tested on site before we quote — every time.
- Pay when the work is done. Not before.
