Who we are
Magic Touch Water Company LLC is a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a quote. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or scraping its content for commercial use. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Quote requests and communications
When you submit a quote request, we use the information you provide to contact you about it, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us about your request, appointment and service. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but equipment specifications, availability, pricing and service areas can change. The information here is a general description. Your written quote and customer agreement control over anything stated on this site.
What we do not claim
We make no representation that our equipment treats, removes or reduces any specific contaminant unless a written specification for that equipment states so. We do not make health claims. Water-treatment equipment is not a medical device and is not represented as providing any health benefit. For a specific water-quality concern, have your water tested by a certified laboratory.
Intellectual property
The name Magic Touch Water Co., our logo, and the text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Third-party links and tools
This site may link to or embed third-party services, such as a financing-application tool or a scheduling form. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

How We Work — A Summary
This is a plain-language summary of how quotes, installation, payment and warranty work. It is not your contract. Your written quote and customer agreement, which you receive and sign before any work begins, are the complete terms of your purchase and control in the event of any conflict with this summary.
Quotes and pricing
Prices published on this site are for the configurations described and apply to homes within our standard service area. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote.
Additional site conditions are quoted separately and before the work is performed. These may include trenching, running a new drain line, adding electrical service, an exterior enclosure, a pressure-reducing valve where static pressure requires one, permits, countertop modification, removal and disposal of existing equipment, and other work identified at the site survey.
Homes on private wells are always tested before a price is given.
Installation
Installation is performed by licensed plumbing contractors or insured, trained installers working as our subcontractors or employees. Permits are obtained where required by the authority having jurisdiction, and permit fees are quoted and charged to you at cost unless your quote states otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to install within the timeframe discussed, but installation dates depend on site conditions, permitting, inspection scheduling and equipment availability.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing, and is made to Magic Touch Water Co. through the payment methods stated on your invoice — never to the installer. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender under that lender’s own terms, and approval is not guaranteed.
Your right to cancel
Your cancellation rights, including any right to cancel within a set number of days after signing, are stated in your written customer agreement and in the notice of cancellation provided with it.
Limited warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which passes through to you as the original purchaser. We separately warrant our installation workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of installation. If you sell the home, the remaining term of our workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner once they sign our handover form; manufacturer equipment warranties remain with the original purchaser.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in the installation itself. It does not cover damage from freezing, misuse, alteration or repair by others, loss of water supply, power interruption, acts of nature, operation without salt, or water conditions materially different from those present or disclosed at the time of installation.
Warranty service is scheduled during normal business hours. Warranty claims go through us — one phone call or email. Full warranty terms are provided with your installation documentation and control in the event of any conflict with this summary.
Service plans
Service plans renew as stated at purchase and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Plan benefits are not transferable unless we agree in writing.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work; that you have disclosed known plumbing, electrical, well or septic conditions; and that you will provide reasonable access on the installation date. If your home is served by a septic system, please review the disclosure provided with your quote regarding regeneration discharge.
