Magic Touch Water Company LLC (“Magic Touch Water Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates magictouchwaterco.com and provides residential water-treatment sales, installation and service in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. Your name, home address, service address, email address, telephone number, and details about your home and water — such as whether you are on city water or a private well, the number of bathrooms and occupants, your water utility, and the water concerns you describe to us.

Water-testing information. If we perform or assist with a water test, we collect the results — including hardness, chlorine, iron, pH and similar measurements — together with the date and address of the test.

Transaction information. Records of quotes, invoices, payments, installation dates, equipment installed, service plans, warranty registrations and service history. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tags described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
• To schedule and perform water testing, installation and service.
• To invoice and process payment.
• To honor warranties and service plans.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service notifications.
• To send marketing communications where you have given consent.

Text messaging and your mobile information

If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your quote, appointment, installation or service, and — where you have separately agreed — marketing messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or telephone contact, and does not affect messages necessary to complete a transaction you have requested.

How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

• Installation and service subcontractors — licensed plumbing contractors or insured installers (our subcontractors or employees) who perform work at your home receive your name, address, telephone number and the scope of work. They do not receive your pricing.
• Service providers that act on our behalf — our customer-relationship, scheduling and communications platform (GoHighLevel), our payment processor, and our website-hosting and email providers.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — Google (analytics) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement) may receive website-usage data through cookies or similar tags. These platforms do not receive your text-message opt-in data or consent.
• Financing partners — only if you apply for financing, and only the information required to process your application. The lender’s own privacy policy governs that application.
• When required by law — in response to lawful process, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We retain customer records for as long as needed to honor warranties and service plans and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. SMS consent records — including the consent language, the date and time, and the source — are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations.

Children

Our services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
