Claims go through us — one phone call or email. If you sell the house, our remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the new owner after a short signed handover; manufacturer equipment warranties stay with the original purchaser. Labor after the first year is not covered by the manufacturer. Full written terms are provided before purchase.
