Your first call or form.
Someone from our team reaches out within minutes during business hours. We ask about you, the house and the water, and give you a price on the call. We don't sell you things you don't need.

Water test — rarely needed, always available.
City water: we price from the water-quality data we maintain on every utility in our service area, plus what you tell us about the house — so most homes get an accurate price without a visit. Want it tested anyway? We're happy to come out and do it, free. Wells: always tested at the house before anything is quoted — the basic test is free, and if anything needs a certified lab, we tell you the fee first.

Booking.
You get the price in writing, pick a date, and receive a short “what to expect” message: where the installer works, what to clear, about how long it takes, and how payment works (due when the work is complete).

The day before.
A confirmation text with the arrival window and the installer's name.

Install day.
An arrival text when he's on the way. Floors and walls protected. The system is installed to our written standard, started up and flushed; you get a walkthrough, a welcome packet with what to expect from your new system and who to call, the salt start-up (two bags in the tank), and the invoice — sent before install, so the installer never discusses price.

After the install.
We check in to make sure everything is working the way it should, answer any questions, and help you get a feel for salt use and filter timing in your home.

If something isn't right.
One call or text to us — never to the installer. We respond within 48 to 72 hours. Our workmanship is covered for 12 months and the equipment by its warranty; if something falls outside both — a pre-existing plumbing issue, for example — we tell you before any work is done, never after.

Warranty.
Tanks, ceramic disc and dry parts for life · control valve and media 5 years · drinking-water system 1 year — all manufacturer, through us. Installation workmanship 12 months, in writing. One call handles any claim.

What it costs after the install.
Two things. Salt: about one 40-lb bag a month from any hardware store, and we text you a reminder to check the tank. Drinking-water filters: Starting at $200 a year. They're proprietary — made specifically for your system and supplied only by us. On the tankless system they're shipped to your door and built to change yourself; on the tank-style system we come out and change them for you. Same price either way, and we text you when they're coming due. Care Plan (salt delivered, system checked) is coming soon.

Reviews and referrals.
If we did the job right, we'll ask for an honest review — any rating, with a photo if you're willing. Send us a friend and you both get a thank-you: they get their first year of drinking-water filters free ($200 value), and so do you once their install is done — or a $50 gift card if you've already paid for your filters.

Moving or selling.
The system stays with the house and adds to it. Our remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the new owner — they call us and sign a short handover, and they can add a year of extended coverage from us, with a full system check and a fresh filter set, for $249. Manufacturer equipment warranties stay with the original purchaser. Ask us about it when you list.
After the install

Every system needs two things over its life: salt, and a fresh set of drinking-water filters about once a year. The filters are proprietary — made for your system and supplied only by us — so every customer gets them through the Filter Plan, $200 a year.
